This workshop series invites you to explore the deeper dimensions of yoga. Together, we will integrate restorative yoga to calm the nervous system, preparing the body and mind for the subtle practices of pranayama—breathwork to regulate energy and cultivate inner vitality. Each session we’ll utilize a variety of techniques and iyengar yoga tools and props such as the rope wall, chairs etc to support and deepen the practice
