This workshop series invites you to explore the deeper dimensions of yoga beyond asana. Asana is one limb of the 8 limbs of yoga, and this workshop will guide you in exploring the others. Together, we will integrate restorative yoga to calm the nervous system, preparing the body and mind for the subtle practices of pranayama—breathwork to regulate energy and cultivate inner vitality. We’ll also delve into the philosophy of yoga, discussing its other limbs to enrich your practice with greater depth and intention. Join us to experience a holistic approach to yoga that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit.
