Class Descriptions:

We offer several different styles of classes & encourage you to try different styles & teachers to experience what each has to offer.


Yoga For Kids Ages 5 & up - A fun exploration of movement, games & balance postures to help build self-confidence. 

Mat Pilates - System of exercises named after Joseph Pilates.  Most exercises are done on the floor to develop core muscle strength to improve posture and balance.

Pilates with Toys - Pilates-based mat workout using various equipment (toning ring, weighted balls, resistance band, foam roller, light hand weights) to help you lose weight, build lean muscle tone, improve posture and flexibility. 

Pilates Ball Madness  A series of Pilates exercises utilizing the stability ball for a fun and challenging full-body workout. The foam roller helps stretch, strengthen, massage your muscles, improve balance and build core strength in just minutes!

Dance Movement (NIA) 

 A dynamic fitness class that leaves you feeling recharged and blissfully alive!  Known as the "Love Your Body Workout" Nia blends dance, martial arts and healing arts to allow your inner child, athlete, warrior, dancer and guru to expressively emerge.
